Objectives :
To train quality managers with a functional and operational skillset, who are able to conduct and set up a continuous improvement program or a quality management system in large or small companies.
Content :
370 hours of applied and theoretical courses:
- 5 modules :
• Module A : Management systems,
• Module B : Lean-management and six-sigma,
• Module C : Project Quality,
• Module D : Risk management and quality tools,
• Module E : Communication and human management,
- 2 seminars :
• Seminar Se : Quality in Services,
• Seminar Sa : Quality in Healthcare,
A project of a professional thesis: one week per month from October to February and full-time in the company from March to October.
